JUNGSTARS are used trucks from Jungheinrich that are thoroughly inspected and professionally reconditioned in our specially established used trucks centre. All service and maintenance work is carried out exclusively using original spare parts. The used trucks are then delivered to our customers with detailed maintenance and/or overhaul documentation.

We have JUNGSTARS permanently available in more than 600 variations. Worldwide, there are more than 60,000 used trucks available. This means you can quickly and easily find used electric forklift trucks, diesel forklift trucks and LPG forklift trucks, as well as low-level order pickers, reach trucks and pedestrian stacker trucks, which you can filter by year of construction, capacity, lift height and equipment.

There are several ways to order your used truck – after all, Jungheinrich operates in more than 40 countries. You can reach us online, through a sales office near you, by email or by calling 0800 222 585858. After you have placed your order, the used truck will be delivered promptly to your chosen address by freight forwarder or special HGV. You can also collect your used truck free of charge from any of our locations, with 23 in Germany alone.

Yes, that’s an option. Simply arrange a test drive at a branch of your choice. This way, you can thoroughly assess the quality of our used trucks before making your purchase decision.

Yes, your JUNGSTAR is covered by a six-month warranty (up to 1,200 operating hours). In addition, all used trucks are subject to country-specific warranty conditions. If you also take out a maintenance or full-service contract, you can extend the warranty to 18 months (up to 1,800 operating hours). Furthermore, we offer a twelve-month warranty on the battery for up to 1,200 operating hours in single-shift operation.

Yes, for used Jungheinrich trucks, you have a ten-day return policy from the date of delivery. The right of return applies to standard trucks in reasonable condition. The return shipping of the used truck is at the buyer’s expense.

Yes. If you purchase a used truck from us, we can offer a trade-in for your old truck. You also have the option of taking out a full-service contract with us – and the package includes a mobility guarantee.

Yes, we can customise your JUNGSTAR with an extra battery, different forks or an additional warning light. For these and other customisation requests, our employees are available over the phone and in person at our branches. Moreover, our extensive selection ensures that you will find the used truck that precisely meets your operational requirements.

Yes, with Jungheinrich’s reconditioning service, your used truck is in the best hands. The truck will be reconditioned to the same standards we apply to our JUNGSTARS, so you get it back good-as-new – complete with a warranty.
