Around 400 service engineers are trained not just to carry out a thorough maintenance of your equipment, they will use their experience and initiative to look beyond the job in hand, highlighting other issues that require attention.

Our highly trained Aftersales technicians are on call with Jungheinrich response times now quicker than ever before. Spare parts can be supplied overnight in the UK and from our central European parts store in Hamburg if required. We have also increased the efficiency of our internal support teams delivering improved customer response to any complaints through our complaints management process.
